Anus: Known Crohn's disease, presents with an enlarging papillary lesion around anus.

Macroscopic description:
Disc shaped piece of skin / mucosa covered by a raised papillary tumour approx 25mm. This is surrounded by a narrow rim of uninvolved mucosa except for one small area. Deep tissue contains mucoid material.

Thin walled cyst 14x13x10cm. Large central locule with surrounding small locules. Contained serous fluid.

Specials:
Glycogen in cytoplasm of living cells. Pan CK positive, CEA negative.

Gall bladder: Recurrent biliary colic - US suggests gallstones, laparoscopic choecystectomy - very hard thickened fundus of gall baldder - no stones on opening gallbladder Fundal thickening suspicious of neoplasm.

Macroscopic description:
Gall bladder 70x35mm. Wall is 11mm thick. There is cavitation in the wall measuring 30mm. A lymph node attached to the cystic duct measures 15mm in diameter - not included.

Macroscopic description:
Head of pancreas, 9.5cm max. There is a multinodular tumour with a yellow cut surface 4cm diameter in the body of the pancreas and forming mucosa covered nodule on the floor of the CBD

Specials:
Synaptophysin and chromogranin positive, negative cytoplasmic staining for PAS

Gall bladder: Carcinoma of the breast, gall stones, ? metastasis to the gall bladder AE1/AE3 is negative

Macroscopic description:
Opened gall bladder received measuring 110x55mm. The wall is 6mm in thickness There is a bronwish nodule in the fundus measuring 25mm 10mm and an impacted choesterol stone in the cystic duct
